The ADMIN Sites page configures key areas for information labels and links within your client files and pages. Drake and Crosslink users will also use this page to enter credentials for the Electric File Data that flows to ATOM.

Field Descriptions #
Table List #
Each site (if your office has multiple ATOM Sites) will be listed here. You can enter specific information for each site.
Edit Pencil Icon #
Use the Edit Pencil to edit each site’s specific information.
Feedback Configuration Icon #
Controls your Social Media Review URL setup.
If your office has multiple locations, each location can have its own review links (Yelp, Facebook, Google), or you can use the same links for all locations.
Site Name #
Customize the site name(s). Typically based on the office location (city or street name).
Abbreviation #
Enter a two-character abbreviation for the Site Name. This abbreviation will display on pages and reports throughout ATOM.
EFIN # #
Drake Software and Crosslink users only.
Enter your tax office’s EFIN # for the site. Required for EF Data to flow into ATOM.
EFIN Password #
Drake Software and Crosslink users only.
Required to ensure EF Data imports correctly.
Drake Users:
Enter your e-file password assigned by Drake Software.
You can find it in your Drake Support Portal under:
My Account → My Serial #’s → Each Year’s PW
Enter the newest season’s e-file password.
Crosslink Users:
Enter your Transmitter Password. Contact Crosslink Support if you need assistance.
Hour Difference from Eastern Standard Time (EST) #
Controls the date/time records in ATOM (Time Stamps, Message Logs, Punch Clock).
ATOM servers run on Eastern Time, so your office must enter the correct hour difference.
Standard Time Offsets (U.S.):
- Eastern (EST): 0
- Central (CST): -1
- Mountain (MST): -2
- Pacific (PST): -3
- Hawaii (HST): -5
Some offices may need to adjust this if they do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
State Refund Link #
Displayed in the Contact’s EF Database section and on the Client Portal (if “Check the Status of My Tax Return” is enabled).
Enter the correct State Refund Status link for each site.
EF Data System #
Drake and Crosslink users only.
Each ATOM office must be configured to pull EF Data from the correct software.
You should see either “Drake” or “Crosslink” in this column.
If not, contact ATOM Support.
Company Name Override #
Useful for multi-site offices.
Overrides the default Company Name from ADMIN > Company on printed reports, invoices, statements, payroll documents, and the ATOM footer.
Address #
Allows each site to display a unique address.
If not overridden, the default ADMIN > Company address is used.
Phone #
Allows each site to display a unique phone number.
If not overridden, the Company Phone Number is used.
Default for Twilio Voice Office Hours #
Twilio VoIP users only.
Prevents calls from entering the queue outside business hours by automatically playing the Twilio No-Answer message.
Enable this feature under:
Admin > Site > Default for Twilio Office Hours
Hours can be set:
- in Work Schedule
- in Appointment Schedule
- or globally in Scheduler Properties
Important:
On holidays and weekends, “close” office hours by setting the Start and End times to the same value.
SMS Phone #
Enter the SMS phone number to display in the ATOM Footer.
Fax #
Enter the fax number to display in the ATOM Footer.
E-mail #
Enter the preferred company email address to display in the ATOM Footer.
Website #
Enter the company website address to display in the ATOM Footer.
IP Address #
Enter the office’s internet IP address.
Useful when using IP-based restrictions for user access.
Inactive #
This column will show a checkmark if a site has been inactivated.
